Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g nuts, round (almonds or hazelnuts)
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 small Glass apple compote
  • 300 g muesli, crunchy muesli (no chocolate)
  • 200 g jelly, apple jelly (alternatively: apricot jam)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Work the flour, butter, sugar, eggs, nuts and baking powder into a dough. Spread on a greased baking sheet. Brush with the compote. Then spread the granola on top. Bake everything at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
  2. After cooling, bring the remaining ingredients to the boil briefly and brush the cake with them.
