Instructions

  1. Cut the beans into pieces about 3cm long, peel the potatoes and let them cook in a saucepan with the spices. In the meantime, sear the Kasseler well on all sides in a saucepan, then add it to the soup pot. Cook the whole thing for about 1 hour.
