Ingredients

  • 120 g spelled flour
  • 120 g oatmeal
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Spread thinly on two baking sheets lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 60 minutes (or less).
  3. Important: cut into slices after 15 minutes of baking time and then continue baking, otherwise it is no longer possible!
