  • 1 can mushrooms, cut
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some oil
  • Tbsp, leveled butter

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, milk and flour into a batter. Bake thin pancakes.
  2. Fry the minced meat with the diced onion. Season with salt and pepper and add the drained mushrooms.
  3. Fill the pancakes with the minced meat and beat them together like a packet. Put in an oven dish and put a piece of butter on each packet. Bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with sour cream.
