Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork goulash
  • 3 pepper (s), red, yellow and green
  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 1 bunch soup greens, diced
  • 200 g potato (s), diced
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 3 tomato (s), diced
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste
  • 1 liter broth or water, possibly more
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • some lemon juice
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Paprika powder, hot as rose
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary
  • Caraway seed
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream

Instructions

  1. Sear the meat, turning it, and dust with flour until a roast layer forms. Fry the onions, then add all the vegetables except the potatoes and sweat a little. Sprinkle with paprika powder to taste, lightly salt. Add the tomato paste and stir well.
  2. Pour in the broth, remove the roast set from the base and bring everything to the boil. Add the potato cubes and cover and cook for about 30-40 minutes. If necessary, add a little broth.
  3. Season the goulash to taste and simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally refine with a little cream and serve.
