Ingredients
- 1 kg pork goulash
- 3 pepper (s), red, yellow and green
- 5 tablespoon oil
- 1 bunch soup greens, diced
- 200 g potato (s), diced
- 2 large onions, diced
- 3 tomato (s), diced
- 1 small Can / s tomato paste
- 1 liter broth or water, possibly more
- 3 tablespoon flour
- some lemon juice
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- Paprika powder, hot as rose
- salt and pepper
- rosemary
- Caraway seed
- 0.5 ½ cup cream

- Sear the meat, turning it, and dust with flour until a roast layer forms. Fry the onions, then add all the vegetables except the potatoes and sweat a little. Sprinkle with paprika powder to taste, lightly salt. Add the tomato paste and stir well.
- Pour in the broth, remove the roast set from the base and bring everything to the boil. Add the potato cubes and cover and cook for about 30-40 minutes. If necessary, add a little broth.
- Season the goulash to taste and simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally refine with a little cream and serve.
