Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon, heaped salt
- 100 g ham, diced
- 100 g cheese, rated Gouda cheese
- Oil, for frying

- Work the flour, milk and salt into a firm dough.
- Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in with the diced ham and cheese.
- Heat the oil in a pan and always add 3 ladles (1 ladle for a pancake) to the hot fat, fry until golden brown on both sides and serve with a salad.
- You can refine it with pepper and other spices if you like.
