Ingredients

  • 150 g quark
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 0.5 can ½ corn
  • 125 g ham, raw (Kat ham)
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 150 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 liter water

Instructions

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets. Bring water to a boil in a large pot, add the florets, and boil for 6-10 min until tender-crisp.
  2. Put the quark, milk, oil, egg, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until evenly combined. Add the flour and baking powder. Use the dough hook of a hand mixer to knead for 3 min until the dough comes together into a ball.
  3. Roll out the dough evenly on a baking sheet. Spread the crème fraîche with herbs evenly over the dough.
  4. Drain the broccoli florets and arrange them on the dough along with the corn and ham. Sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese over the top. Bake on the middle shelf at 180°C (350°F) for 20 min.
