  • 30 g fat
  • 750 g lare potato (s)
  • 2 large onions
  • 250 g carrot (s)
  • 300 g beans, frozen
  • 300 g peas, frozen
  • 1 liter broth
  • Savory
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the hunting sausage into strips and fry in fat. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and add them with the chopped onions and carrots, as well as the beans and peas.
  2. Top up with hot broth, add savory. Cover and cook for about 35 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir well before serving and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
