1. Reduce the vinegar like a syrup over high heat and then let it cool down. Put the lightly sweetened, quartered strawberries in the vinegar, with the roasted pine nuts. Let everything steep for 2 hours and serve with vanilla ice cream or semolina pudding - it tastes heavenly!
