Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 bottle butter-vanilla flavor
  • 75 g quark
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml oil
  • sticks Almond
  • Raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter-vanilla flavor, quark, milk, and oil until smooth, then knead the dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 10 portions. Shape each portion into a hedgehog — thick and rounded at the back, tapering to a point at the front. Insert almond sticks along the back like spikes and press raisins into the dough for eyes and a snout.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180 °C / 356 °F for 20-25 minutes.
