Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 bottle butter-vanilla flavor
  • 75 g quark
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 ml oil
  • sticks Almond
  • Raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, flavor, quark, milk and oil to a smooth dough and knead at the end.
  2. Divide the dough into 10 portions and shape each into a hedgehog - thick and round at the back and tapering at the front. Stick the almond sticks into the dough like spikes and press in raisins as eyes and snouts.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
