“Hedgehogs” in the Oven with Sauce

A very simple and easy recipe for delicious meat balls))

Cook: 1 hour
Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Boiled rice – 1 glass
  • Mincedmeat – 1 kg
  • Salt
  • Seasonings for meat
  • Provencal herbs.
  • Ground black pepper
  • For the sauce:
  • Sour cream – 10 tablespoons
  • Water – small amount
  • Mayonnaise- 2 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven (preheat to 200 degrees). Add rice to the minced meat and combine these ingredients thoroughly. Then add all the spices.
  2. Grease the form with vegetable oil. Form balls of the same size from the mass and place in a baking dish.
  3. Mix water with sour cream and mayonnaise. Pour our “hedgehogs” on top. Put them in the oven for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.
  4. The result is insanely delicious “hedgehog” balls! Can be served with any side dish)
