  • 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 4 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt and pepper, black, from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • chervil

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the shallot and herbs. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Goes well with my “pikeperch terrine” recipe!
