  • 250 g butter
  • 8 anchovies, pickled
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped capers
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cognac
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. To start with, take the butter out of the fridge so that it becomes a little soft.
  2. Chop all ingredients very finely or puree with the mixer. Then mix the mixture with the butter in a large bowl. This is best done with your hands. Then chill for a while until the butter is firm again.
  3. For the butter I recommend fresh herbs, although it tastes very good with dried ones.
