  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 500 g potato (s), floury cookin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them and make a puree with the milk, salt, butter and nutmeg.
  2. Chop the washed herbs and mix with the puree.
  3. Fried eggs or fish go well with this.
