Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 200 ml cream
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
- 1 shallot (s), or /2 red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small bunch chives
- Paprika powder, hot
- salt
- pepper
- sugar

- Mix the quark thoroughly with the cream in a large bowl.
- Cut the pepper half, shallot and garlic into small cubes, chives into rolls. Add the diced vegetables to the quark mixture and stir thoroughly. Stir in at least 2 tablespoons of paprika powder, the quark should turn pink. Season to taste with salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar.
- Tastes great with potato pancakes, baked potatoes, or simply on bread or dipped with carrots.
