Ingredients
- 200 g mozzarella
- 2 tomato (s)
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 1 bunch parsley, smooth
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch rocket
- 3 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon pesto
- salt and pepper

- Cut the onion into fine rings. Cut tomatoes into small pieces if possible. Roughly chop the rocket and parsley. Cut the chives into rolls. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. Mix everything together. Mix together vinegar, oil and pesto, season with salt and pepper. Lift under the herbs.
- Fresh bread with it.
