  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 bunch chives
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • some mineral water
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the basil into fine strips, cut the chives into small rolls, crack open the eggs and mix with the herbs, season with salt and pepper. Fold in the creme fraiche. To make the egg looser, add mineral water.
  2. Let it set in the hot fat, pull it apart.
