Ingredients
- 250 ml herbal tea
- 250 ml water
- 50 g iner, sliced
- 4 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 lemon (s), juice it

- Cooking herbal tea.
- Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces. Heat the water and add the ginger and cook for 2 minutes, then let cool, strain the ginger.
- Squeeze the lemons.
- Pour the cold herbal tea into a glass carafe, stir the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice into the herbal tea. Pour in the ginger water. Enjoy cold in summer, warm in winter.
