- 1 packet pizza dough from the refrigerated shelf, for tray
- 200 g sausae (awl sausae or rin salami)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 onions)
- 2 packs cheese (Harzer, 00 g each)
- salt and pepper

- Roll out the pizza dough (if you want, you can also use homemade dough) on a baking sheet. Season the sour cream with salt and pepper and spread evenly on the pizza dough.
- Cut the sausage into slices and spread on top. Then cut the onions into rings and cover the sausage with them. Finally cut the Harz cheese into thin slices and spread on top.
- Bake at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for approx. 20 - 25 minutes. A crunchy lettuce or lamb`s lettuce goes well with it.
