Ingredients

  • 175 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch clove (s) and ginger acc.
  • 225 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 100 g hazelnuts, round
  • 150 g chocolate, rated
  • 300 g pumpkin pulp, rated
  • some Milk
  • Cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and spices to form a foam mixture.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sieve over it. Fold in the nuts, chocolate and pumpkin.
  3. If the batter is too firm, add a little milk.
  4. Fill into a cake pan (loaf pan or a springform pan ).
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 60 minutes.
  6. Cover with chocolate icing after cooling.
