Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon golden millet
- 150 ml vegetable stock or water
- 3 tablespoon vegetables, cut into pieces (carrots, bell pepper, zucchini, leek)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot as rose
- Dill, dried
- turmeric
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon chives, dried

- Heat the water or the vegetable stock, add the millet and the vegetable pieces and simmer gently over a low heat for 10 minutes. Add the spices and lemon juice and simmer for another 5 minutes until the broth is soaked up. If necessary add hot water. Mix with the butter and pour into a heat-resistant container. If available, sprinkle with chives or other herbs.
- A nice office and workshop meal. Especially if it is still slightly warm at lunchtime.
