Instructions

  1. Pizza dough:
  2. Put the flour in a mixing bowl and sprinkle with the salt. Make a well in the middle and sprinkle in the yeast. Pour approx. 50 ml. Lukewarm water over the yeast and stir gently with your finger. Cover the whole thing for 15 minutes in a warm water bath.
  3. While kneading the dough, add lukewarm water until the dough is smooth. Knead the dough vigorously, beat if possible. Put the dough back into the bowl and cover again for about 30 minutes in a warm water bath.
  4. Preparation:
  5. Cut the broccoli into florets and then briefly blanch them in boiling water. Cut the cooked ham slices approx. 2-3 cm. Pick or cut large pieces. Peel the onions and cut into rings.
  6. Roll out the dough to the size of a baking sheet and place it on the baking sheet lined with baking paper and adjust. The edges can be pushed up a little. Spread the hollandaise sauce on the dough, sprinkle broccoli florets, ham and onions on top and finally sprinkle the cheese on top.
  7. Bake the pizza at 200 ° C in a preheated oven with convection for about 20 minutes.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
