Ingredients

  • 3 fish (s) (plaice each 75 g), ready to cook
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 100 g North Sea shrimps
  • 50 g bacon, lean
  • Flour
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the plaice with lemon juice, season with salt. Let it steep for 10 minutes, pat dry and turn in the flour. Dice the bacon and heat in the pan in oil and butter. Fry the plaice on both sides and keep warm. Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices and stew in the frying stock for ten minutes.
  2. Add the crabs, heat and mix in the dill.
  3. Spread everything on the clods and serve.
