Ingredients- 175 g flour
- 75 g cornstarch
- 65 g suar
- 2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 165 g butter
- Jam (apricot)
- 200 g marzipan (raw mixture)
- 100 g powdered suar
- Cake icing (chocolate), melted
- Walnuts, cut in half

- Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and butter to make a shortcrust pastry. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough. Cut out round cookies with a glass and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes.
- Once cooled, spread apricot jam on one cookie and sandwich it with another cookie. Brush the sandwich with more apricot jam.
- Knead the marzipan and powdered sugar together and roll out thin. Cut out rounds with a glass and place one on each sandwich. Brush with melted chocolate icing and top each with a walnut half.
