Pork neck – 1 kg
Salt – 10 g
Ground black pepper – 10 g
Vegetable oil – 50 ml
Garlic – 10 cloves
Carrots – 1 pc.
Bay leaf – 5 pcs.
Directions
Prepare products for homemade boiled pork.
Salt and pepper the meat, pour in vegetable oil. Grate the meat well.
Cut the carrots into cubes. Cut each garlic clove in half.
Make deep cuts in the meat with a knife. “Stuff” the meat, sending slices of garlic and carrots to each cavity. Leave the meat to marinate for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, put the meat on the parchment, add the bay leaf. Carefully wrap the meat tightly in parchment.
Next, wrap the meat in a layer of foil. Rewind the meat in foil with nylon thread.
Bake homemade boiled pork in the oven at 105 degrees for 2.5 hours (you can also cook at 220 degrees for 1 hour).
