I suggest making homemade pork and minced beef cutlets – a very tasty and satisfying dish.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 500 g
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Potatoes – 1 pc.
  • White bread – 100 g
  • Garlic – 5 cloves
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Soak the bread in water, squeeze.
  2. Pass onion, garlic, potatoes and bread through a meat grinder. Add to minced meat.
  3. Add the egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well. Form minced meat patties.
  4. Fry homemade cutlets in a hot frying pan until golden brown. 
        Enjoy your meal!
