Ingredients
- 20 g butter
- 20 g flour
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g cream
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sea salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ onion powder
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ garlic powder
- 1 pinch (s) chilli flakes

- Melt the butter over low heat and add the flour, milk and cream. Cut the cheddar cheese into small pieces and mix in with the spices, stirring constantly, until a creamy mixture is formed. If the dip is still too firm, you can simply add a little more milk.
- Serve the still warm dip immediately and with the nachos.
