Chicken fillet and pork sausage is a very tasty meat appetizer that can be cooked at home in the oven.
Ingredients
Pork – 1.2 kg
Chicken fillet – 1.2 kg
Garlic – 4 cloves
Seasoning for chicken – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 2 teaspoons with a slide
Pork intestines are thin
Carbonated water – 0.5 cups
Directions
Prepare the ingredients for the chicken and pork sausage.
Twist the chicken and 800 g of pork through a meat grinder.
Cut the remaining pork into small cubes.
Place minced meat and pork pieces in a saucepan and season with salt. Add garlic twisted in a meat grinder there.
Add chicken seasoning.
Spice up.
Pour in some sparkling water. Mix well.
The prepared intestines need to be put on a special sausage attachment (often included in a meat grinder kit), but since I do not have such a device, I used the neck of a plastic bottle. Tie a knot at the end and fill the intestines with prepared minced meat using a meat grinder. (Do not fill the intestines too tightly so that the sausage does not burst during cooking in the oven.) Then tie a knot on the other side.
Place the sausage on the microwave oven rack. In several places you need to pierce the sausage with a needle. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
