- For the homemade french fries, first peel the potatoes and cut into sticks.
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan and insert the potato sticks. Let it fry for about 10 minutes, stirring again and again.
- When the fries are a nice golden brown color, lift them out of the oil and drain them on kitchen paper.
- Put in a bowl, season with salt and shake well.
