Ingredients

  • 1 bulb garlic, with small cloves
  • 400 ml olive oil, rapeseed or sunflower oil
  • 3 sprigs thyme or rosemary
  • some peppercorns, whole
  • possibly chilli pepper (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut into the garlic cloves and put them in a suitable bottle depending on the desired intensity.
  2. 1 whole Knobli = very intense
  3. Put thyme / rosemary sprigs, peppercorns in the bottle. Top up the whole thing with the oil.
  4. If you like it spicy, you can add a chopped chilli.
  5. Leave the bottle to stand for about 2 weeks, then enjoy it with salads or pasta or drizzled on bread.
