Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup oatmeal, 2 cups water, 1 tablespoon sugar or honey, and 1 pinch salt in a blender.
  2. Blend on medium-high speed for 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Gradually add 3 cups water while blending until you reach a creamy consistency.
  4. For smoother milk without pulp, pour through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a container (optional).
  5. Add the remaining 2 cups water to the milk and stir to combine.
  6. Pour into bottles or glasses.
  7. Refrigerate and serve cold.
