Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks (from fresh eggs)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 175 g powdered suar
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 sachet flavor (Orange Back)
  • 100 ml brandy

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar in a blender for 10 minutes. Then add the cream and beat for another 8 minutes. Add orange baking and brandy, stir for another 3 minutes and then pour into a prepared bottle.
  2. Makes about 1/2 liter and keeps well chilled for about 3 weeks.
  3. Tip: Makes a great gift.
