I share a recipe for homemade orange liqueur. It turns out sweet and aromatic. You can drink it just like that, or you can add it to baked goods. The cooking process is long, but the result will please!

Cook: 19 days 19 hours

Serving: 10

Ingredients

  • Oranges – 2 Pieces
  • Vodka – 350 Milliliters
  • Water – 200 Milliliters
  • Sugar – 150-200 Grams

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Grate the orange zest on a fine grater.
  3. Then squeeze the juice out of the oranges.
  4. Combine water with sugar, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the syrup from the stove, add the orange zest, and stir.
  6. Pour in orange juice and vodka, stir.
  7. Pour the resulting liquid into a clean, sterilized bottle, let it brew for 3-4 days at room temperature. Then strain the liquor through cheesecloth, pour into a bottle and remove to infuse for 3 weeks.
