Homemade Potato Chips

Potato chips can be made successfully at home. Their advantage over purchased chips is obvious – no additives, except for spices.
Ingredients
- Potatoes – 3 pcs.
- Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
- Pepper mix to taste
- Vegetable oil – for deep-fat
Directions
- Peel and wash the potatoes.
- Grate the potatoes with a curly edge. Rinse thoroughly in cold water.
- Dry the potato slices – remove all moisture.
- Heat refined vegetable oil well in a saucepan.
- Dip the chips in small portions in heated oil. Fry until golden brown. Stir occasionally.
- Remove the potatoes from the oil with a slotted spoon.
- Salt. Season. Homemade potato chips are ready.
- Homemade potato chips can be served.
