- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) paprika powder
- 1 pinch (s) curry powder
- 1 pinch (s) chilli flakes
- 1 sprig rosemary

- Brush the potatoes under hot water and split them lengthways twice so that they look like wedges. Place in a bowl with the olive oil and spices and mix well.
- Preheat the oven to approx. 220 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 190 - 200 ° C).
- Place the potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with the rosemary. Put in the oven. The potatoes are ready after about 20 minutes, depending on their thickness and size.
- Dips and all kinds of dishes go well with it. For me, it usually goes with a large salad.
