Instructions

  1. Brush the potatoes under hot water and split them lengthways twice so that they look like wedges. Place in a bowl with the olive oil and spices and mix well.
  2. Preheat the oven to approx. 220 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 190 - 200 ° C).
  3. Place the potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with the rosemary. Put in the oven. The potatoes are ready after about 20 minutes, depending on their thickness and size.
  4. Dips and all kinds of dishes go well with it. For me, it usually goes with a large salad.
