Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 100 ml butter, melted
  • 100 ml honey, liquid
  • 75 ml mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • 30 ml curry powder
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  2. Mix butter, honey, Dijon mustard, curry powder, and cayenne pepper together, then pour over the chicken.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) for 20 minutes.
  4. Turn the chicken pieces over and bake for another 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  5. Serve with potatoes, rice, and a green salad.
