Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillet (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 5 g iner
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • sesame
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the salmon and pat dry.
  2. Peel the ginger, cut it very finely and mix it with the oil, soy sauce, honey and mustard to make a marinade and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Leave the salmon in the marinade in the refrigerator for about 1 hour,
  4. Put the salmon with the entire marinade in the pan and fry on both sides. At this step, the marinade begins to caramelize, coating the salmon and thickening the marinade.
  5. At the end, sprinkle sesame seeds on the salmon and serve.
  6. Since we like to eat peppers, we sometimes add peppers cut into strips to the pan and so have a caramelized vegetable side dish.
