Ingredients

  • 200 g suar, brown
  • 125 g honey
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 400 g flour
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon anise
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Flour for rolling
  • 200 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Heat the sugar, honey, vanilla sugar, butter and milk while stirring until everything has melted into a smooth mass. Allow to cool and work with the other ingredients (except for couverture) to form a smooth dough. Do not roll out the dough too thinly on a floured work surface and cut out stars. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 10-15 minutes. Melt the couverture and coat the cooled stars with it.
