Ingredients

  • 750 g honeydew melon (s)
  • 250 g peach (s)
  • 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)
  • 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut or as required
  • Malibu Coconut Rum

Instructions

  1. Core the melon and cut into small pieces, as well as the peaches. Possibly puree the fruit a little.
  2. Put everything in a high saucepan and mix with the desiccated coconut and the preserving sugar. Bring to the boil while stirring and then simmer for 5 minutes (keep stirring). Finally stir in the Malibu.
  3. Pour everything into glasses, screw them together and turn them upside down for a moment, let them cool down.
