Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon horseradish (cream)
  • 3 tablespoon jam (cranberry)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel, from an untreated lemon
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix the horseradish, cranberry jam and yoghurt and season with salt, pepper, lemon zest and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
  2. Goes well with grilled food or fondue.
