Ingredients

  • 250 g sour cream or sour cream possible)
  • 2 tablespoon horseradish (cream horseradish)
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • Sugar or apricot jam
  • salt and pepper
  • Wasabi paste

Instructions

  1. Mix the first four ingredients together well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and wasabi paste. I like to refine this dip with apricot jam instead of sugar. This gives it a fine fruity note.
  2. The motto: Everything can, nothing has to be!
