Ingredients
Ingredients- 250 g sour cream or sour cream possible)
- 2 tablespoon horseradish (cream horseradish)
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- Sugar or apricot jam
- salt and pepper
- Wasabi paste

- Mix the first four ingredients together well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and wasabi paste. I like to refine this dip with apricot jam instead of sugar. This gives it a fine fruity note.
