Ingredients

  • 1 glass horseradish, spicy (250 g)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • some stalks dill, fresher, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, heaped
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • some pepper, whiter
  • some chives, possibly

Instructions

  1. Mix together lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper and let stand a little so that the sugar dissolves properly. Then stir in the horseradish and sour cream and finally add the dill. If you like, you can also add finely chopped chives.
