Hot Cheese Sandwiches

A hot cheese sandwich with a cup of tea or coffee – well, a very pleasant breakfast!

- Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- Add sour cream, season with black pepper and nutmeg. Stir everything well.
- Spread the cheese mixture on a slice of toast bread, cover with a second slice.
- Beat eggs with milk, you can add a little salt.
- Dip the sandwiches on both sides in the egg-milk mixture.
- Fry sandwiches with cheese in a preheated pan in a mixture of vegetable and butter until golden brown.
- Cut into triangles.
