  • 175 ml milk
  • 200 g sliced cheese (processed cheese)
  • Sambal Oelek, 1 - 2 teaspoon
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon harissa

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk slowly, cut the cheese into slices and add to the milk. Add sambal oelek and season with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Now mix in the harissa spice mixture, stir everything well and bring to the boil briefly.
  3. After heating, the cheese dip is still a little runny. So let stand for about 30 minutes until the dip has set and serve with nachos.
