Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoon coriander greens, fresh, chopped
  • 1 small can tomato paste, Italian
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ chilli powder or 1 small, finely chopped chilli pepper
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • salt
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the corn on the cob into approx. 3 cm thick slices.
  2. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add the corn and simmer until the corn has softened.
  3. Now put melted butter, chopped coriander leaves, tomato paste, chili powder, garlic and salt in a large bowl and mix. Add the still warm corn on the cob into the spice mixture and mix well together. Serve immediately with sour cream.
