Cook: 40 mins
Servings: 10
Ingredients
Tomato – 2 pcs.
Cucumber – 1 pc.
Pickled cucumber – 4 pcs.
Hard cheese – 100 g
Chicken breast (preferably grilled) – 1 pc.
Carrots (in Korean) – 200 g
Lavash – 2 pcs.
Sauce – to taste
Ketchup (tomato paste + mayonnaise) – to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
Cut all the ingredients for the filling into small pieces: tomatoes, cucumbers, chicken breast. We rub the cheese on a fine grater.
On the spread pita bread, apply a thin layer of a mixture of ketchup with mayonnaise (tomato paste), lay out all the ingredients and add a little salt. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Put another pita on top, which we carefully coat with sour cream sauce.
We turn the pita bread into a roll, put it on a baking sheet and grease it with an egg on top. For convenience, I cut the roll in two.
Put the baking sheet with shawarma in the oven, preheated to 170-180 degrees, for 20 minutes.
