Ingredients

  • 1 bottle white wine, drier
  • 75 ml syrup, (elderflower syrup)
  • 2 slices lemon (s)
  • 1 sprig peppermint, fresh

Instructions

  1. Heat the white wine in a saucepan and add the elderflower syrup and a slice of lemon. Not cook. Fill the hot Hugo into mulled wine cups and add a piece of lemon and a few leaves of fresh peppermint.
