  • Hot red pepper – 175 Grams
  • Bell pepper – 175 Grams (red)
  • Garlic – 25 Grams
  • Coriander – 0.5 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon

Hot Korean Sauce Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic cloves. For hot chili peppers, cut off the tail, then cut into slices. Peel the bell pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into medium-sized slices.

  2. Grind the garlic and peppers in a meat grinder.

  3. Add salt and coriander. Stir.
