• 1 vanilla pod (s)
• 800 ml milk
• 1 tablespoon syrup (maple syrup)
• 6 tablespoon Nutella
• Teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup cream
• 1 pack cream stabilizer
• 2 tablespoon chocolate flakes

Instructions

1. Halve the vanilla pod lengthways, scrape out the pulp, heat with milk, maple syrup, Nutella and a little cinnamon. Whip the cream with the whipped cream and the rest of the cinnamon until stiff. Froth the hot milk a little, fill into four glasses and serve decorated with cinnamon cream and chocolate flakes.
