Ingredients
- 100 g chocolate (nouat chocolate)
- 750 ml milk
- 125 ml cream
- Cinnamon for dusting

- Break the chocolate into small pieces. Bring the milk to the boil once. Take the pot off the fire. Pour in the chocolate and let it melt while stirring. Pour in the cream and heat everything up again, but don`t let it boil anymore.
- Beat vigorously with the whisk, fill into preheated cups, dust with cinnamon and serve immediately.
